Roger M. Story's Biography

Roger M. Story is a Commercial Investment Broker with 40 years experience, specializing in Motel/Hotel Brokerage, Hospitality Consulting, Hospitality Development, Financing, Mergers and Acquisitions, other Income-Producing Properties and Syndication. Story authored a book entitled "The Private Syndicator's Guide Book." Story is a broker in California and Texas and does business throughout the U.S. and Internationally.

Using the global reach of FIABCI (the International Real Estate Federation) and AMAA (Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors), Story has the advantage of bridging Domestic and International Sellers and Buyers to facilitate successful transactions.

Having founded a number of brokerage entities, Story served as President of Maximus Financial Services, (a company specializing in syndication), Investment Commercial Specialists, Inc., Investment Business Specialists, Inc., Commercial Loan Specialists, Inc. and Motel Hotel Specialists, Inc. Story has frequently served as a hotel and motel expert throughout his career. He is a past member of Hotel Brokers International (HBI), a network of approximately 130 hospitality real estate specialists throughout the United States.

He is also a past President of the Fresno Hotel Motel Association and former Director of the Fresno Convention and Visitors Bureau. Story received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fresno State University, and is a certified business opportunity appraiser and certified tax specialist.
